Our By-Pass Brushing Unit gives the option to clean your products or to pass them from a simple conveyor without brushing them.

Suitable for cleaning and brushing different kind of vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions and other similar products.
Technical Features:
- Metal structure which has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish
- Series of rotating, cylindrical brushes for the dry brushing and cleaning of the product
- Series of rotating PVC separators, at the infeed and the exit of the machine
- Manual device for the extraction of the product in the end of the day
- Main drive by means of proper gear motor and electronic speed variation (Inverter)
- By-Pass system for skipping of the brushes when needed
- Food grade PVC conveyor belt for the By-Pass of the brushes
- Main drive by means of proper gear motor for the By-Pass Conveyor
- Main drive by means of proper gear motor for the lifting of the By-Pass
- Top cover at the brushing unit for dust extraction
