Technical Description
The Automatic Box Tipper is a continuous mode unloading system for boxes and crates. The system is ideal for medium and big projects, as the capacity of the machine is high. The machine can be used for citrus fruits, such as oranges, mandarins & lemons, as well as for more sensitive fruits, such as kiwis, peaches & nectarines.
Technical Features:
- Metal structure which has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish with internal parts in stainless steel AISI 304
- Belt elevator with grained PVC belt and adjustable guides for different types of crates/boxes
- Special chain transporter for the gradual tipping and unloading of the boxes / crates
- Drop brake curtain placed on machine exit hopper, for the smooth landing of the products in the next machine
- Chute for the exit of the empty boxes / crates
- Main drive by means of proper motor reducer and electronic speed variation (Inverter)
- Capacity: Up to 900 Boxes / Hour
