Technical Description

The machine is suitable to fill empty net tubes with spare net. Can be used for filling net tubes for various machines such as: clipping machines, Girsac machines, punnets clipping machines and different types of height and diameter tubes with knitted and extruded net or other similar net types.

Technical features:

  • Metal structure which has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish
  • Two (2) special shaped cylindrical brushes, which automatically place various types of net in empty tubes
  • Main drive by means of proper gear motor
  • Suitable for tube diameters from 60 mm till 250 mm (manually adjustable aperture of the filling brushes) and tube heights from 800 mm till 2000 mm (mechanical adjustment of the height adjustment)
