Technical Description

Processing & Packing Line for Strawberries, Blueberries and similar products (selection, weighing & standardization).

Technical Features:

  • The metal structure has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish, with internal parts in contact with products in stainless steel AISI 304
  • Roller Conveyor for Full Field Crates  
  • Packing tables on both sides of the line, with stainless steel top rack
  • Food grade PVC conveyor belt for full punnets
  • Empty Crates Chain Conveyor
  • Rotating Round Table
  • Main Electric Board for operating & control of the line
  • Optional: Electronic Weigh Scales with weighing range of 15 Kg/5 gr or 3 Kg/1 gr
  • Optional: Check Weigher, Label Applicator and/or Punnet Packaging Machine (Flow Pack)
