Novatec’s Washing/Brushing Unit removes any dirt from your products. It operates either wet or dry.
Technical Description
Suitable for cleaning, brushing and polishing different kind of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, citrus, peaches, tomatoes and other similar products.
Technical Features:
- The metal structure is from steel that has been electro–welded and painted, with all the internal parts in stainless steel AISI 304
- Set of PVC brushes for washing and cleaning the products
- Series of nozzles spraying fresh water on the fruits
- System for the cleaning of the brushes, “T” type
- Set of rollers with donuts sponges for Pre-Drying
- Set of PVC separator rollers
- Manual system for sponges straining
- Natural soft hair brushes for polishing of the product
- Backwater tank, at the bottom of the machine
- Manual device for product extraction at the end of the day
- Main drive by means of proper gear motor and electronic speed variation (Inverter)
- Optional: Dosing Pump for spraying cleanser/detergent
- Optional: Set of Air Fans on the top of the machine for Pre-Drying
