Technical Description
The Manual Packing Station is a dedicated system for the packing of Citrus fruits, such as oranges, mandarins, lemons etc.
Technical Features:
- The metal structure has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish with internal parts in stainless steel AISI 304
- Two (2) food grade PVC conveyor belt for fruits distribution
- Two (2) main drive by means of proper gear motor
- Two (2) special devices for even distribution of fruits across the packing tables (reciprocating movement)
- Two (2) main drive by means of proper gear motor
- Two (2) packing tables covered with soft material for the accumulation of the fruits
- Two (2) series of supports for boxes to be packed
- Two (2) motorized roller conveyor belt for the accumulation of the full boxes
- Two (2) main drive by means of proper gear motor
- Two (2) idle roller conveyor (PVC rollers) for the accumulation of the full boxes in the end of the packing station
- Two (2) food grade PVC conveyor belt for second quality fruits exit
- Two (2) main drive by means of proper gear motor
- Two (2) idle roller conveyor for empty carton boxes feeding
- Two (2) sets of top lighting systems
- Series of sensors and automations for the control of the packing station
