Technical Description

The Brushing Unit removes any dirt from the products. It is suitable for cleaning, brushing and polishing different kind of vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions and other similar products. A wiper is mounted to clear produce from the brushing unit at the end of the day.

Technical Features:

  • Metal structure which has been properly welded and treated with three layers of polyurethane varnish with internal parts in stainless steel AISI 304
  • Series of rotating, cylindrical brushes for the dry brushing and cleaning of the product
  • Series of rotating PVC separators, at the infeed and the exit of the machine
  • Manual device for the extraction of the product in the end of the day
  • Main drive by means of proper gear motor and electronic speed variation (Inverter)
